The Athletic Yoga routine by JefitTeam is a 1 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve sport fitness goals.
This is a 20-minute yoga session for beginners that can also be used by someone more advanced. This routine can also be used as a warm-up prior to any strength training workout. The goal of the routine is to work on lengthening tight muscles and restrictive connective tissue that can impede sports performance. The yoga flow will improve both mobility and flexibility. In turn, you will notice improvement in the way you stand, move and perform ino matter what the athletic event is. The program involves 18 movements that are to be completed in about 20-minutes. Feel free to perform the routine more than one day a week. All movements are completed for a specific duration rather than repetitions. Focus on your breath during each movement.
