How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Start off setting up handles on two high cable pulley machines and standing up straight, feet shoulder width apart in between the machines.

2.) Grab onto the handles with an overhand grip, keeping your arms extended up and out to your sides.

3.) Slowly bring the cables down and in front of your body, crossing over each other and squeeze your chest.

4.) Hold this position for a count then return back to the starting position.

5.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
