This stretch/mobility workout focuses on opening up tight hips. All the various muscles that are below or above the hips as well as those that are attached to this area will receive plenty attention.
Day 1: Offers a series of almost 20 different movements specifically designed to open or unlock your tight hips. The session is interval based and has a 35-second duration for most sets of exercise.
Day 2: Has the same series of movements as day 1, but this session offers longer duration (40-seconds) times for each movement. Remember to always breath into each exercise as you focus on trying to "let go" of any tightness. The breath work is the key in each of these exercises.
