The JPL Strength Training Starter Pack routine by jplambertski is a 3 day workout plan. It is a beginner level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
A full-body workout for the absolute beginner. Great for "Dad bods" looking to develop mad bods. All exercises are described on machines, but can be performed with free weights as well. (Get a spotter!) There is no prescribed cardio, but taking a 30-minute walk on rest days will aid in your recovery and promote overall health.
