The Ultimate Beast Master 3 routine by ksmartialarts is a 2 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve sport fitness goals.
One of my clients (I am a Personal Trainer with Shelley Fitness in Zionsville, Indiana) is training to compete on the Netflix series, "Ultimate Beast Master." I have devised a sports-specific training regimen around the types of movements and skills necessary to complete the obstacles in the course. This would also work for "STRONG" and for "American Ninja Warrior." Days are split into "Climbing Day" and "Plyometric Day," and I suggest having one day off per week to focus solely on stretching.
