How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Start off setting up a smith machine with the weight that you would like to perform, placing either a flat or elevated bench underneath the bar so that it comes down just in front of your face.

2.) Sit down on the bench keeping your feet flat on the floor in front of you and un-rack the bar so that it is elevated above your head.

3.) Slowly lower the weight down so it is below your chin, feeling a stretch in your shoulders and hold for a count.

4.) Return back to the starting position.

5.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
