Goal: Build muscle, reinforce joint stability, prepare tendons for heavier work later. Intensity: 65–75% Rep ranges: 8–12 mostly Tempo: Controlled eccentric (2–3 seconds down Progress weekly by +5–10 lbs or +1 rep per set.)
