How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Start off sitting upright on a chair, keeping your feet flat on the floor and holding onto the sides of the chair with your hands.

2.) Slowly raise on leg off of the floor and extend your knee out.

3.) Then move the leg outward towards your side as far as you can and hold for as long as you can, then bring it back to the center and back down.

4.) Repeat for as many reps and how long as you desire.
