How To Perform Exercise

Steps :

1.) Start off by kneeling in front of a high pulley cable machine with a rope attachment and grasp the rope with both hands.

2.) Slowly pull down on the rope, squeezing with your abdominals, feeling the tension increase and you lower your body towards the floor, keeping your hands and the rope behind your head.

3.) Hold for a count as soon as you reach the bottom, then slowly return to the starting position.

4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets desired.
