Steps : 1.) To begin this exercise; start off lying face down on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand rested on the floor in front of you. 2.) Then raise your arms with your shoulders so that they are parallel with your shoulders and hold onto this position for a few seconds. 3.) Return back to the starting position. 4.) Repeat this exercise for as many repetitions as needed
